Format | Participants are divided into teams and will try to prepare different types of fresh pasta from scratch and make sauces to accompany and compliment the dishes. All activities are supervised by a chef-instructor. Just like a real kitchen everyone must work together, paying careful attention to timing, quantities and cooking methods.
We can also arrange for participants to compete against each other in terms of skill and speed whilst preparing the dishes to add an extra twist to the event!
