Purpose | Listening and relying on other group members to achieve results

Time | 3 hours approx.

Location | Select from one of our restaurants or local partners, depending on number of participants
 

Format| Participants are divided into teams and blindfolded then asked to taste a dish and guess the ingredients used. Once un-blindfolded, they need to select the right ingredients from those placed on the table which they tasted previously and then prepare the dish. Teams compete against each other and the team that guesses all the ingredients first and achieves the best result will be the winner.

By gathering the individual perceptions of each team member through sense of smell and taste reinforces the "trust" component within each individual, which inturn transfers to the group. Team members work together to create the ‘final dish’ and achieve a group outcome which is the core of  teamwork and forging good relationships. This materialises in the creation of a final product as a result of the communication and trust gained.
