Format | In this team building activity the group of participants are divided up into smaller units to complete each dish, but with the main focus in mind that they are part of a "cooking brigade". Just like in a real kitchen, the group must create and develop team spirit and co-operate in each mini unit autonomously with the common goal that the final product is a result of the "whole" team. Everyone works at the same time paying attention to the directives of the Chef and actions of the other members of the group in order to produce an end result which is a true reflection of teamwork Each mini unit will produce a finished product that is different from that of other units, but each one of the dishes is important to the overall success of the final menu. Each mini unit cannot truly function without the other, collaboration, cohesion and coordinating with each other is the main objective for all participants.
