Format | This fun activity kicks off with a welcome cocktail to get you in the spirit, during this time one of our staff will move around the room and leave notes on each table which will be used later to keep you entertained!

The chef will draw out names of participants who must then help prepare all the dishes “on stage” for their 15mins in the spotlight., during this all remaining participants watch and encourage their colleagues on stage – this creates a positive and interactive atmosphere throughout the room.  As not all guests will be participating at the same time, we incorporate an alternative activity to run alongside the main event to ensure everyone is fully engaged and feels part of the fun. So anyone who finds one of the notes placed randomly in the room must take on the “task” or performance related to what is written on them with the other members of their group, putting them on the spot, a great way to include people with laughter!

All the dishes prepared will be tasted and evaluated by the selected judging panel (usually made up of a member of the school, representatives from the groups and the manager of the company for example).  The dishes are judged on taste, presentation, skill and speed in preparation.

All of the activities are filmed, then edited by us and given to the company as a reminder of the day and of course to show the individual and team performances of all the participants.
