For English speaking groups, associations and clubs, EATING & LEARNING™ provides a range of course options in English throughout the year at selected times. We realise that there are number of foreign English speakers in northern Italy that would love the opportunity to EAT and LEARN...Italian style!

Italy has a proud and rich culinary history and many of the classic Italian dishes are famous in every language around the world but actually not particularly complex to prepare. The secret is in the simplicity and it is with this approach that we teach all our students the art of Italian cuisine.

Our venues or 'partner restaurants' throughout the country are all carefully selected and trained in order to satisfy the EATING & LEARNING™ provider requirements. Currently there are six locations ready to welcome you in Milan, Monza, Oleggio, Como and Tuscany with other new locations coming soon!

We offer a welcoming and  friendly environment where students are led on a discovery of food and all its wonders. We teach you to cook, of course but we also teach you about the origin of the dishes  and  how the food has changed or been influenced over time.  All of this is set in a friendly atmosphere  where you can get to know some of the other students, team members and partners at the stove!
 

ITALIAN COOKING CLASS OPTIONS

Our Italian cooking classes for Italian-based foreigners have been designed to fit into your week with minumum disruption to your work or family commitments and are planned as one-off events. We have afternoon and evening options and class lengths of 4 hours so that you don't have to move heaven and earth just to participate!

Please remember we only offer these courses to groups and not individuals.

All the courses are in English and will give you a new appreciation and undetrstanding of Italian cuisine and food culture. The culinary concepts and techniques are explained thoroughly in a light-hearted and friendly environment. Course options are as follows:
